A Whole Brand of Bronze

Smallmouth aren’t the same universally – the footballs that munch on gobies are different than the TVA current monsters, who are different than the small stream versions – but they’re all magical fish. While I’m not prepared to say that they’re “better’ or “more desirable” than largemouths, the fact that they’re a little less widely dispersed adds to their mystique.

I find it cool that there’s a company wholly dedicated to celebrating these amazing fish – The Achigan Brand, and they’re whole hog in on brown fish.
