Tee of the Week – L’Espirit De La Peche D’Aventure

I love the concept behind the French company Jabbers. The founder couldn’t find travel rods that would stand up to exotic global fish species, so he built premium models of his own. Whether you’re chasing Giant Snakeheads, Giant Trevally or just plain Giant Anything, they’ve got the tools and the attitude to properly outfit you.

Indeed, as KVD told us, it is all about the attitude. As an introvert who has lived a pretty careful and conservative life, fishing has taken me out of my shell and I now take pleasure in pushing those boundaries further than I ever thought possible. Risks, I’ve learned, can be the greatest generators of growth and happiness.

That’s why I liked this shirt: “Audentes Fortuna Iuvat” means “Fortune favors the bold.”

All of the species pictured are on my long-term bucket list. A few years ago I might not have known they existed. I feel fortunate with my process and bold progress.
