With Steez, Daiwa Continues to Raise the Bar on Travel Rods
We’ve featured lots of different travel rods from Daiwa in this site’s short history, including models made specifically for muskies and saltwater. While many other manufacturers consider multi-piece sticks an afterthought, Daiwa continues to recognize that those of us who like quality gear at home, also like it when we’re away…and particularly when we’re in exotic locations like Africa or Brazil.
We caught up with Marc Mills in the Daiwa booth at the 2025 Bassmaster Classic in Ft. Worth to learn about their new Steez travel rods. They feature the same components the pros use on tour, just in an easier-to-pack condition. Check out what he had to say about them:
