Dan Brovarney’s Swim Jig Tutorial
It might be a bit of a stretch to say that swim jigs changed my life, but once I bought into them and refined the approach a bit, I caught tons of fish that had previously ignored or evaded me. The man who indirectly helped me was Wisconsin jigmaker Dan Brovarney, via my friend TJ Maglio. While I’d talked to Brovarney numerous times in the subsequent years, and made my share of orders, we never met until this year’s Chicagoland Fishing Travel & Outdoor Expo. Once I had him cornered, I made sure to get his wisdom on video for the masses:
