Before our recent trip to Islamorada, I’d heard of tripletail, but I had no idea how much fun they were to catch or how good they taste. Now I know, and I understand why they have many acolytes who love to catch and cook them. While they’re not as pretty or majestic as a sailfish, tarpon or rainbow trout, plenty of people seem to find them art-worthy, because when I conducted a search for tripletail shirts, I was surprised at how many cool ones I found.
