A Blog 15 Years in Gestation

“What do you mean you ‘fish,’” Hanna asked. “Off a bridge with a bobber?”

“No. In a bass boat, with a 200 horsepower motor, and more lures than you can imagine. You have so much to learn.”

Fifteen years later she gets it. The full picture. We fish together. We travel together. Now we write together, too. We may only be celebrating 6 months of blogging harmony, but today – on our 15th anniversary – it’s obvious why we have so much to celebrate and write about.

We’ve lived our mission statement: to continue to provide you with the tools and information to keep fishing fun and make the most of your remaining casts, through travel hacks, equipment advice, trip reports and unfiltered opinions.

If there’s ever a fancy, high-tech bobber to report on, we’ll be there, but until then feast your eyes on some of our experiences come to life.
